30-day money-back guarantee

Captioncraft offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Or contact our support team via the contact details on our homepage and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to Pro features until the end of the current paid period.

Beyond 30 days

After the 30-day window, subscription fees for past billing periods are generally non-refundable, but we'll always review individual circumstances in good faith — please get in touch.
